Which areas do you cover? 

I cover Langley and surrounding areas. When enquiring about treatments and availability, please specify your location. If you are based further afar, you may incur an additional cost based on fuel, travel time and parking. Please also advise of any parking restrictions within your area so that I can prepare for this before your appointment. 

When can I book an appointment for?

I am available seven days a week and normally operate between the hours of 9am to 6pm. However, upon request I am more than happy to accommodate appointments outside of these hours although this will incur an additional cost. 


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, to secure your appointment, you must pay a 25% deposit before the day of your appointment. 


What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that plans can sometimes change so I ask that should you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel your appointment after this time, your deposit will unfortunately not be refunded to you. 


How do I pay for my appointment?

Deposits must be paid for safely and securely via PayPal or bank transfer before the appointment date. However, I am more than happy to accept alternative methods once you have received your treatment. 


Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my treatment? 

Generally, no; all you need to do is prepare to relax! However, certain treatments do require some preparation i.e. ideally washing your hair the night before an up-do but this will be discussed during your phone consultation. As a mobile beauty therapist, I will mostly bring my own equipment (apart from towels) to your appointment to give you a salon experience from the comfort of your own home.
